Refund policy

At KALIX CPN, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund, and return policy outlined below.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions:
    • You have purchased a product directly from KALIX CPN.
    • You initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product is in its original, unopened condition.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@kalixcpn.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.
    • After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on where to send the product, when appropriate.
  3. Refund Amount:
    • Refunds will be issued based on the merit of each case and will be determined by our Sales Manager.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  4. Damaged Product - Replacement
    • In the event your products arrive in poor condition, it is your responsibility to document the damage with photographs and send them to us at sales@kalixcpn.com, within 3 days of receipt.
    • In your correspondence be sure to explain to the best of your ability the nature of the problem upon arrival, including the photos documenting the visible damage.
    • If you are signing for a product being delivered to you (Freight or High Value Ground Shipments) and notice damage, it must be documented with the shipper at signing.
    • In the case you notice damages after the delivery of your item(s), you must document the issue as stated above and contact sales@kalixcpn.com within the 3-day window mentioned above.
    • Details of refunds or replacements will be determined at the discretion of the Sales Manager


Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • You may return a product to KALIX CPN if you meet the following conditions:
    • The product is in its original, unopened condition.
    • You initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Return Process:
    • To request a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@kalixcpn.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on where and how to send the product.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where KALIX CPN has shipped the wrong product or in the event of a product defect. In such cases, KALIX CPN will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Return Processing:
    • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for damages.
    • If the product is found to be in its original, unopened condition, and the return is in compliance with our policy, a refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  5. Unable to Deliver:
  • Under some circumstances it has become an issue where the address provided by the customer is undeliverable. We will do everything in our power to manage these issues with the shipper and the customer, but KALIX CPN is ultimately not responsible for the inability for shippers to deliver goods to addresses provided by our customers. Please be sure to provide accurate shipping information to avoid this problem.
  • Depending on circumstances, customer may find themselves responsible for the cost of return shipping. This will be determined by the Sales Manager on a case by case basis.

Refusal of Shipments:

In the event that you refuse to accept a shipment from us for any reason, outside of direct communication with KALIX CPN, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the refusal is due to a mistake on our part or if the product is damaged during transit, KALIX CPN will cover the return shipping costs. Situations such as this must be brought to our attention immediately.
