KALIX Profile (1-7-22) | Water-Soluble Terpene & Resin Enhancer
The Architect of Quality from Root to Fruit KALIX Profile is the essential "quality modulator" of The System, designed to be used throughout the entire vegetative and flowering cycles. While most nutrient lines wait until flowering to add PK boosters, KALIX Profile is introduced in Week 1 of Veg to drive massive root development and stout, woody branching early on.
Formulated with specific ratios of Phosphate (7%) and Potash (22%) alongside critical Sulfur (8%), this complex nutrient supplement fuels the enzymatic pathways responsible for both early structural hardening and late-stage resin synthesis.
Key Benefits:
-
Full-Cycle Structural Support: Used in the vegetative phase, the high Phosphorus and Potassium content stimulates rapid root expansion and strengthens cell walls, preparing the plant structure to support heavy yields.
-
Terpene Maximizer: As the plant transitions to flower, the high Sulfur content becomes a direct precursor for terpene production, intensifying the aromatic profile.
-
Generative Steering: Allows you to maintain higher EC levels throughout the cycle without over-supplying Nitrogen, giving you precise control over crop steering cues.
-
Resin & Frost: Provides the metabolic fuel needed during the "bulking" phase to increase trichome coverage and oil gland size.

Mixing & Dosage Instructions
Warning: KALIX Profile is a concentrated supplement. Use in addition to your Base and Grow/Bloom regimen.
1. Application Strategy (Full Cycle)
-
Vegetative Phase (Weeks 1–3): Dose at 1 – 2.2 grams/gal. This early application focuses on establishing a massive root zone and tightening internodal spacing.
-
Transition & Early Flower (Weeks 4+): Increase dosage to 2.2 – 3.4 grams/gal. This shifts the focus to bud site formation and resin production.
-
Late Flower (Ripening): Maintain high usage to maximize dry weight and terpene density until the final flush.
2. Mixing Order
-
Direct to Reservoir: Always mix KALIX Base first. Once dissolved, add KALIX Grow or KALIX Bloom, followed last by KALIX Profile.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is KALIX Profile just a PK Booster?
A: It serves the function of a PK booster (1-7-22) but with a specific focus on Sulfur (8%) and Magnesium (1%). Most standard PK boosters lack the high Sulfur levels required to build complex terpene profiles (which are sulfur-based compounds). Profile bridges the gap between yield (weight) and quality (smell/potency).
Q: When should I start using it?
A: Unlike many finishers that are only used in the last 2 weeks, we recommend starting KALIX Profile in Late Veg (Week 3). This "loads" the plant with the necessary precursors so that when the 12/12 flip happens, the plant has immediate access to the nutrients needed for explosive bud site formation.
Q: Can I use this with other nutrient lines?
A: Yes. If you feel your current regimen is producing "flat" or "grassy" smelling flowers, adding KALIX Profile during the flowering stage can significantly improve the aromatic finish of the crop.
